Between Acupuncture Treatments
My doctor recommended these little tools to use between my acupuncture treatments. I bought two. One for home and one for work. I was a bit skeptical at first, but fell in love and lo and behold. It works. They're sharper and made of heavier steel, so now you have to be careful with the pressure you apply. I'm not against needles, but I'm against the pain between them. I use it for wrist and hand, knee and hip relief. Roll gently for 3 minutes, then rest 2 minutes, repeat twice.
