We needed a transparent case so we can see the beautiful colors in the new iPhone 11. I've always been a fan of Otter boxes, but I haven't. I don't like their transparent case. We decided to order them and return them if we didn't like them. Well we kept them and I'm so glad we did. My daughter has a striking see-through OtterBox and when you put them side by side it looks so much more elegant. But this is where it comes down to: Does it really protect the phone? Well, I'm a professional cell phone dropper. If someone would pay me for this, I would be rich. I drop it on the floor in the car, in the kitchen, pretty much everywhere, all the time. The screen protector is not torn yet and there is enough border on both the front and back to protect the camera and screen. I am very happy with this case.
