Review on AccuQuilt GO! 2.5-inch Strip Cutter Fabric Cutting Dies by Sasha Hsiao

I had a problem with this product when I first received it (ordered December 31, 2017). In some places the stamp along the strip did not cut through the entire fabric. I tried watching videos etc but couldn't cut the stamp properly. I ordered a second rug thinking that was the problem. Recently decided that the matrix is defective. I contacted Revain, they told me to contact the supplier. The supplier will only help if the item is received within 30 days. They advised me to contact Accuquilt. i did it yesterday They sent lots of photos and answered all questions. They informed me that this is user error and does not honor the 1 year product warranty. If you receive a matrix and it doesn't work, send it back immediately for a new one. Update: Accuquilt just contacted me and told me as a "one courtesy" that they would send a replacement. My original advice still applies. If the Matrix does not work properly upon receipt, please return it immediately for replacement.
