Excellent supplier. The instructions were relatively easy to install if the person had wrenches and was very poor at reading the instructions. There are some very helpful videos on YouTube. It didn't fit my unit and had to be installed on site. The product provides an easily accessible straight drain pipe. Mine makes an almost 90 degree bend under the drain pan. I recommend using two 12 inch lengths of (uninsulated) braided wire to field mount the "heater", wrapping the strands around the defrost heater to the left and right of the drain pipe. I expect to be installing this fit instead of the factory 'fix' in a few months or less.
