Failed to open bottom to access filter. My husband had to open it with a "male hand". It only went halfway to close and then took more "hand work" to finish closing. I tried chatting with a representative of this company and went nowhere. They didn't understand English well. My only option was to return it as I knew the plastic would soon break and I would have to force it open/close. I'm also annoyed with the direction of the vent coming out (where the controls are). I have one fairly close to where I sit and had to unscrew and reinstall it to change the settings. I chose Tredy to replace it and I am more than happy with the features of the new air purifier. Overall the quality is much better than this. It has a more powerful engine, more air and a better filter. Easy to open and easy to change settings.
