I love this mug. Double insulated to prevent hot tea/coffee from burning your hand. In addition, the sleeve does not even let it get warm in the hand. The little brewer works great. I bought some lychee leaf tea and tried it right away. Put 1 tablespoon in the tea infuser and then fill my mug with hot hot water. Let it sit with the sleeve up for 4 minutes and when I grabbed it it wasn't hot at all. Pulling it out of my sleeve, I was surprised that the mug was only warm and not hot. But the tea inside definitely smoked and burned when I took a sip. Not a single drop of tea went by. No wonder considering the small size of 0.5 microns. Really impressed with the quality. And apparent durability based on the feel of the thickness of the glass. For those who complain about a broken cup in the reviews. Do you really think this is production? because I would equate that to a bumpy delivery and the endless possibilities of dents and bruises that can occur after it's shipped to you! Mine arrived perfect and in nice packaging I might add. love it
