I'll start with my main complaint about this product. From the start, I couldn't create an account on this computer using my main Gmail account. The system login doesn't support my Gmail account associated with the university, so I had to create a new account to get started. Now many Chromebook features (calendar, cloud storage) are tied to an account I don't use, and many of my Google apps default to that account, even in my web browser. If you're lucky enough not to run into this problem, you'll find that the Chromebook has very little support for anything other than using the internet. Software and applications, if compatible at all, often contain bugs. Of course, no matter what problem you are facing, rest assured that you will not get any support from Google. I spent several hours contacting a real support person (Google tries its best to convince you they don't exist, but I got the phone number after a few hours of talking to Samsung), a few more hours so that people roam the system. who said they couldn't help me, and finally an hour with someone who had a clear script - after explaining my problem ten times so we could solve all the problems I didn't have, I just said "sorry, we can't help you with that "The actual design is also lacking. I've had it for a couple of months now and one of the arrow keys is stuck. It's light and has a long battery, but a cheap tablet does what it can with less hassle." You need more than a web browser, buy a real computer.
