I am a PT and these types of belts with the metal buckle are the only ones worth getting. The others can be dangerous. Just remember when you put it on someone to put the strap through the teeth first, not last. Then you can tighten it up with one hand if you need to. Otherwise you will have to use two hands to do it. And when they get worn they tend to slip. You may want to get a new one.
- I use this product to assist in leg exercises. It is well made sturdy and easy to maneuver.
- Length may be too long or too short for some users
