I never thought I would not like a pillow based on how soft it was, but low and behold! These pillows are quite soft, and on paper that sounds nice, but your head ultimately sinks into them, to the point where you have to stack them on top of each other for any real support. I'm replacing my 3 year old pillows with these, and I don't know. They might be old, but they're way more firm than this. These sheers are beautiful. The design is exactly what I was looking for. It gives just enough texture to keep them from being boring, but not so much that they overpower the room. Measurements are not accurate. I have a 20x20” cover and an 18x18” cover and bought a 21x21” insert and a 19x19” insert. Both were too small for my covers. I ended up putting the 21x21” insert into my 18x18” cover. Will be returning the 19x19” insert for a larger size to fill my 20x20” cover.
