Super soft, with no support.
I never thought I would not like a pillow based on how soft it was, but low and behold! These pillows are quite soft, and on paper that sounds nice, but your head ultimately sinks into them, to the point where you have to stack them on top of each other for any real support. I'm replacing my 3 year old pillows with these, and I don't know. They might be old, but they're way more firm than this. I'm unfortunately disappointed with the lack of support from these pillows, and I'm a Habitual back sleeper by the way.
