Great for increasing sales and understanding clients' needs
I really like how thorough my presentation was with this program. It showed me where things were lacking or could use improvement upon so as far that goes it is excellent! If you are looking into something similar definitely look at some other options because there may be better ones out here but if what we did works well then great :) i think its just all about finding one that fits exactly your business needs/needs right now. This product has helped us identify our weaknesses within selling techniques which have allowed us to make improvements towards being more effective overall when talking directly to prospects/clients.
Pros
- Very helpful in terms for tracking sales calls, follow up notes etc.
- Allows user's flexibility via "check off" system
- Great way keep track through various methods (phone call / personal meetups)
Cons
- Would love additional features such adding phone numbers from prospect card easier than keying them manually
- More flexible layout design
