This is ideal for a one year old for the winter. Keeps her neck and chin warm without trying to close her coat. More comfortable and warmer than a fitted coat. Covers most of her skin. The size is great, not too big now but big enough for her when she is tall.
- If scarves are a nuisance, this is the best solution.
- May not be as effective as snow or rain protection as other winter gear.
