I have a Liberty 2 Pro and they are amazing. They only lack ANC and a smaller form factor. I thought they could fill that gap. They're definitely on a smaller form factor and sound great, but here's the beef. The volume needs to be increased by a step or two. Not even close to pro. The controls are the main downside and require an immediate firmware update. You can change them with the app, but they're limited to 2 taps or 2 second hold. The? The touchpad is designed so that you don't touch it when inserting or adjusting the earbuds, so please add the 1-touch function! Also add 3 touches so you can use all the features. That's ridiculous! You could easily get 5 stars with the above updates, so Soundcore makes it easy! No Qui store is a bummer. They are also randomly cut for a second or two. I noticed that this was mentioned in another review.
