I bought this for my dog but it was so heavy it was too much for him. Thick strap, heavy hardware and chunky buckle. I ended up gifting it to a friend who has a German Shepherd and it was perfect for her. He wore it to our last puppy date and it was the right collar for a large dog. Its owner was able to take it off easily but was sure it would stay. The built in handle also came in really handy when those arrogant neighbor dogs would come running in just begging to be barked at and the German shepherd needed a little extra treatment.
