An interesting and safe product!
My 18 month old twins love it. We have been using all Babyganics Foamin Fun shampoos and shower gels since they were 5 months old. They enjoy helping wash their own and others' hair and regularly get soap in their eyes. My son also has congenital ptosis and cannot fully close his eyelids and we have not had any tingling or burning issues.
