First off, I've tried several similar canvas shirt jackets from Huckberry (waxed) and Duluth (fire hose series). If you've tried either of those much more expensive jackets, you'd be shocked at the price of this jacket for the quality.Pros: - 100% cotton canvas and it's very good quality canvas. The one review saying the quality isn't good, simply wasn't my experience. I've had much more expensive jackets with poorer quality than this. - Fully lined interior. Unlike others, this is fully lined and the flannel is very soft and warm. The entire interior of the jacket is lined, even the sleeves. - Perfect for fall, and if you're hot-blooded like me, probably good enough for most of winter too. - Styling looks great! Buttons design, stitching and finish looks like a much more expensive jacket.Fit: - The sizing chart is just technical wrong. Choose you typical size. I usually wear a size medium, and my chest measures 41", so I took a chance on the Small, which says for chest size of 46". I think that's just misprinted. If I wanted to really button it up, I would return it for a Medium, but I like that it looks more tailored and I intend to wear it unbuttoned anyway. - If you're tall, size up as the arms are a bit on the shorter side.Cons: - Snap closure instead of normal buttons. It's the only point of failue as the snaps can wear out. I said, "can" not did! They are just fine, but I wish it used the normal ones. - The specific flannel color is subtle/muted.
