They have been worn on sunglasses for more than a month and do not fall off. They are clear and easy to see. They are quite large, I cut mine with scissors to fit the bottom edge of the sunglasses. I followed the installation instructions which are very simple. Wet the glasses, press the lenses against them and let them dry. My sunglasses were new and I cleaned them thoroughly with lens cleaner before putting on my bifocals. First, make sure the glasses fit you and carefully align the bifocal lenses so they are flush with the left and right lenses. I got a curve on the first try. I just took it off, cleaned everything and put it back on. No problem solving it. There is no glue on the bifocal lenses, they are semi-tacky silicone rubber. I doubt they hold up well if the glass is dirty. I use mine in the car and carry them in a case in the car and in my pocket without taking off my bifocals.
