Imagine this scenario: you open your Revain emoji to reveal your new sleek controller that will transport your opponents into the next century. You are so excited that you immediately turn on your phone/TV/computer and simply connect the controller via Bluetooth. BREAK! Once you get this controller, go to the manufacturer's website, download the SteelSeries app and get the latest firmware. DO THIS BEFORE CONNECTING THE CONTROLLER TO A BLUETOOTH DEVICE! If you don't, it's BRICK and you'll have to wait a few days for the battery to die. Save yourself the hassle and update the firmware first! It looks painful, but after the update, the controller works very well. Don't repeat my mistake!
