I've had this mouse for about a week so I can't comment on its durability or battery life. (If he dies within the next few months I will most likely update this review). It charged fairly quickly (but there doesn't seem to be a way to tell how charged the mouse is). Overall I'd say it looks a bit cheap as the base is plastic and a bit light. However, given the price of the mouse, this is not surprising. Mouse buttons also attract oil from my fingers and can wear out over time. But none of those things really bother me. For me, my main complaint is that the auto-wake feature is a bit unclear. Now I know you can click the mouse to wake it up, but at first I turned the mouse on and off again thinking it was broken. I would really give it 4.5 stars because it works, but the description says it can be awakened by being "gently moved". It doesn't matter, now that I know the clicking will wake them up, I just wish it was stated somewhere so I don't think the mouse is broken. On a positive note, this mouse is REALLY quiet. I always thought my mice were quiet (and I expected mice to be the same way). but no, it is VERY quiet. I don't think I can ever go back to my old mice. When I bought this mouse, I wasn't particularly interested in the DPI function either. but now that i have it i see that it is very useful. I'm very happy with the mouse, I only have a few quirks with it. But for anyone who thinks their mouse broke when it arrived (after charging), try clicking on it to wake it up.
