Love it and use it most of the year. I'm not interested in foundation or a puffy face, so scroll down if that's your intent for a product. I like it to smooth my skin a bit and make my face look smoother, even lifted. I have pretty good skin with occasional breakouts. So I can't talk about the super cover ability. However, you can certainly create this product. For application I use a beauty blender and sometimes a flat foundation brush. I've been using it for over a year now with no side effects. I love that it has sun protection and lasts most of the day. Sometimes I spritz with longevity facial spray or powder. I have a mocha skin tone - milk chocolate with neutral undertones. I really wish Maybelline wouldn't discontinue this cream because it was the darkest BB cream they had. You should definitely expand the color options.
