Don't waste your money

First I paid for the HyperAir which comes with a hub, brush and diffuser. They sent me one that comes with just a hub and diffuser. Second, the outside of the box was sealed with a very unusual, signature tape. When I opened everything up, I saw that the instruction manual was torn and sealed with the same weird tape that was on the box. Maybe returned earlier? Before sending it back I figured I might as well test the dryer before they ship the correct or missing item. Oh my god, at the lowest temp, with the diffuser on, it started, you know what, burning out of my scalp within 3 or 4 seconds. Even holding it a few inches from my head, it still burned me. This item is designed to dry hair faster without heat damage -?! DANGEROUSLY hot. Maybe this one is defective or something, but after checking all three temperature settings to make sure I wasn't flipping or something, it came back in the box. Very disappointed, I wanted to love it that way. As an added assault on my senses, my hands have smelled like rubber since I got my hands on them, even after multiple washes. Take a hard pass on these. Pooh.

Pros
  • SUPER FAST DRYING: HyperAIR IQ technology intelligently combines high velocity heated air and ionized air for super fast drying without heat damage.
Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
