Review on MaxxHaul 70460 12V LED Trailer Tail Light - Left/Right, Turn/Stop/Signal - DOT Compliant (1 Pack) by Michael Dixon

I have had a MaxxHaul 70205 for 8 years now and recently I had a bracket fracture and a light broke on the freeway. But it's not because of the lanterns. I didn't see a specific replacement for the kit so I bought this 70460 kit as I don't need the whole kit again. They have shorter rivets on the back of the lights than mine. a different set and there is NO silicone on the back of the flashlight like in the photos or like my old flashlights. However, I removed the lens and you can see in my attached photo that the LED is fully sealed and is one piece with the side LEDs and is glued to the front lens. With my old flashlights, the lens was a separate part and therefore heavier. These new ones should be better because they are lighter and shouldn't put as much stress on the mount. I'm deducting 1 star because of the shorter spikes and because they don't have silicone as pictured, but there is a drain at the bottom of the headlight and I don't see any reason why they can't be submerged in water as the light unit is sealed. Also, there's a bulge on the left light's transparent cover to illuminate the license plate, as another reviewer said. mentioned, but I'm not too worried about it due to the narrowness of the lighting device.
