I really liked this blender at first and even gave it a 5 star rating. After 10 months of infrequent use, the screw of the blender blade started to get partially stuck in the machine and I could not remove the bottle and blade after blending the drink. I was able to figure it out somehow to this day. Part of the blender blade screw is now permanently in the machine. It can no longer be used. What made it even funnier was that I had to partially remove the full bottle from the blade screw, leaving a green smoothie all over it. Even if I could solve it somehow, I would never trust this machine again. Very disappointed. I will never buy this blender again. CAREFULLY!
