The company seems to offer good customer service, but unfortunately the otherwise very good cable has design flaws. **Update 1: The company sent me a new cable for free after my original broke. Very happy with their customer service. Initial Review - I've had the Native Union Night Cable (10ft) for a few months. The length is comfortable and the cable feels solid. I also really like the weight, which is easy to move up and down the cable. Super handy for any room in the house. Unfortunately, the cable has a fatal flaw. As you can see from another review, there is a weak point at the junction of the cable slope and the Lightning pins. My phone fell off the table from about 3 feet in the air and a pin broke off in my phone. The cable is really good but not worth the price as it didn't last long and I won't buy it again.
