Helpful with lower extremity surgery.

I just had hip surgery and the shoe horn is really useful since I am not allowed to bend over. It will come in handy for the next hip surgery. I like that it comes apart for packing for travel.

Pros

A Great Helper for the Home - Our shoe horn long handle are very convenient for everyday use and are an essential everyday dressing aid for those with limited mobility and bending difficulties. Great as a shoe horn long handle for seniors, or as a long shoe horn for seniors, ladies or kids.

Cons

The detachable feature may cause wear and tear on the shoe horn if not properly secured during use

I liked that it was long because I''m 6''0", and it let me use it without stooping to put the shoehorn into the heel of each shoe to use it. I did not like that the "spoon" part of it (that you put behind your heel to help slip on your shoe), that part was not as curved as I felt it should be. It seems kinda wide and less curved...the result on my heel is that it didn''t slide easily into my shoe. (Just my opinion.)
