Great shoe, very flat and not very curved, but it's a skate shoe, it needs to flex and conform to the board and be flexible. My son loves these shoes. I like them because they are great to break in and also look good enough to wear to a nice family outing. When they were covered in mud, I took out the laces and washed them in the washing machine with lukewarm water. water, they came out great. No no I've never dried shoes in a dryer, this heat tends to tear shoes and lose their shape so just watched them air dry tongue out for two days and they looked and were brand new again ready to use. They really are better on skinny or narrow feet, just so you know.
