Fell apart after a few months

The chairs are very comfortable and beautiful but there was a big problem with one of them. The assembly of the legs was not done properly during the manufacturing process and the chair fell into disrepair. I use them a lot because I sew and knit and they are in my workshop where I work almost every day. One is fine so far but the other needs to be replaced as my husband has tried to fix it several times but the problem persists.
