I wasn't expecting much for the price but these bulbs fall well short of the advertised 12000 lumens. In fact, they are only a tenth of the advertised brightness of the letters. That being said, I compared one of these flashlights head-to-head with the Grote BZ551-5 and while the flashlight's construction is of significantly lower quality and definitely not nearly as reliable, they are on par in brightness and you can buy eight times as much. of them as you can one of the lights of the Grote. In terms of volume requirements, these lights are pretty much superior to any other commercial product that you can buy in bulk if you buy a pack of 20. At $5 each, you really can't complain about the quality. The only thing I was really disappointed about was the probable extra zero in the lumen rating as that was the only thing that really gave me hope for these lights. As for the construction and everything else, I'm neither surprised nor disappointed. The only thing you can do when you get these lights is put some clear silicone around the wiring harness on the back and around the lens on the front as both weren't sealed well. Most of the lenses in the package that I received are not positioned directly on the body, and there is significant clearance between the lens and the body around the perimeter, raising suspicions of reliability in terms of waterproofing. As the saying goes, you get what you paid for.
