I bought these masks because of the ASTM Level 3 rating which is also made in the USA. I have found about 10 (so far) of 50 masks in a box with holes in the USA "A" inside MADE IN USA stamped in the top right corner of each mask. The stamp lets light through due to the hot stamping process, but the small triangular part of the A is an actual hole. So now I have to inspect every mask for holes before use. I would have hoped for better quality control from an American company and given the importance of masks. The non-perforated masks fit well, are lightweight and serve their purpose as far as I can tell.
