The lid is not on the product. Big mess
I ordered 6 packs but I will only have 5 bk, one of them had no lid so all the contents spilled out and soaked not 1 but 2 boxes. It wasn't a delivery problem. Everything was securely packed, the boxes were in good condition (apart from the stains that soaked the product). He probably won't be a regular customer as one of the products is completely unusable with all the soap covering the package and possibly the courier truck. 2 stars only for still having the hand soap as it came in a multipack.
