I have wanted to use the Radio Flyer cart in my garden for a long time and I am very happy with the quality of this cart. This van did a good job hauling heavy bags of soil and mulch around my yard. The rubber tires ensure that it rolls very smoothly on the lawn. Based on other reviews I was concerned about the possibility of damage in transit but felt the van was very well packaged. The honeycomb profiles were packed around the red van, providing enough protection not to be dented or scratched in transit. I was able to complete the build alone in 50 minutes. The instructions are very clear on what goes where. I had trouble with two steps. Step 6 says "tighten firmly" but I found I had to tighten as hard as I could to get the hole open enough to put the cotter pin in. (As a woman, my idea of "just snug" is probably different than the manufacturer's.) On the last step, #12, I had a hard time keeping the rubber safety ball in line with the handle and the part that is attached to the cart. . What finally helped was using tape to keep the rubber ball in the correct position in the grip so I could then place them with the carriage part without moving them.
