My most recent shopping experience at Karlash left me feeling incredibly let down, despite the store's claim that it specializes in beauty and personal care products. The website was difficult to traverse because it was cluttered with products that were not organized well. Because the product explanations were so lacking in critical information, it was extremely difficult to make an educated purchase. In addition, the duration of the shipping process was significantly longer than anticipated, and the customer support team did not respond to my inquiries. Karlash is not a brand that I would recommend to people looking for high-quality cosmetics and personal care products.
