I like most of its features, especially how easy it is to get started with. The dashboard provides you all the info about your product usage history. Also, the support team for this app is just amazing! They guide us through each step as we need them. There is nothing which i find wrong at this moment. I love everything abt this program except the price and some other minor issues but they're already aware and addressing those issues too. Get a free trial and use this tool if you haven't used any CRM yet or want to have one without much effort. Integrating our sales force to track their performance. This helped me understand what's happening within my organization when compared to others and also identify sales reps who need more training.
