When you raise your hands, it turns into a shoulder strap. The body is cut very short. Easily opens when your arms are raised above shoulder height. It's comfortable just lying at home, but it's over for active wear or going to the Home Depot and reaching for something on the shelf. The neck is also carved very wide/loosely.
