It's easy to use in conjunction with the HRIS software we already have at work. Some of our employees are self-starter learners, but it is still difficult to keep track of their progress through the program. A simple way to help them complete tasks that would otherwise be missed or forgotten. I also like being able to see what skills they need before hiring new people into certain positions. We've been able to fill some gaps by learning about our current staff members' skill sets so far this year using the product. Our managers love seeing who has completed training vs those who haven't. The ability to see where your team needs continued growth & development is huge, especially when you're working remote teams. This system helps us stay organized while keeping everyone informed about how much time each person spends completing specific projects/tasks.
