The new formula is bad, there will be no good promotion!

I've been using this product in my salon for 3 years, never had a complaint until a few months ago, they changed the formula and now my clients keep complaining that their lashes don't lift. as before and I agree the previous pink solution was thicker and gave great results, don't know why they had to change it. I brought this to the manufacturer's attention and received no response. Very disappointed!
