Great communication from start to finish! They quickly get feedback when things don't work out like I hoped or expected them too. Also they provide good advice in terms of what is worth doing for my app. It's great that they are always there to answer questions about their process (and not just those related to marketing) - but also if you need help writing an email pitch etc., this service makes sure your emails sound polished enough. Some people may find it hard at first getting used to asking so many questions upfront because some will be uncomfortable sharing personal details online, however these concerns can easily be resolved by having phone meetings where possible. We have been able to grow our user base over 100% since starting using this service.
