Runs long, gives off plenty of heat for my needs
I use this 10+ gallon tank with a mesh lid to bathe my leopard gecko. The light came with a 50w bulb but it was VERY hot for it. This 25w bulb is much better and still doesn't get hot directly underneath. Also provides good general lighting for my tillandsia.
