Not waterproof men
These socks are not waterproof. Tried them out on a canoe trip to see how they hold up compared to wool socks. Within hours of wearing them, I developed two open sores on my toes, although they appeared to be quite wide in the toe area. Also, my feet didn't seem to get as warm as wool socks. The socks appear to be very well made, but I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for socks that will keep your feet dry.
