I bought these to use insoles with my neoprene kayak boots. They didn't leave my feet dry at all! So wet on the inside that the socks spent all day drying inside out and wringing them out in a towel before attempting to air dry. save your money

Worn with trainers in heavy rain when walking across Europe. No blisters. Didn't stretch the shoes. Feet stayed dry. They feel like the material wetsuits are made of. I wore thin socks underneath for extra comfort and kept my feet dry and warm in the 40 degree weather.

Unfortunately I had to return these socks as my feet are too small for their small size. Their size chart says they fit women sizes 8.5-11. I wear women's size 6. Too big. I liked the quality of the sock and the flame design is cool. Would buy them again if they went down a size.

Trying waterproof socks for the first time (preparing for a hike in colder areas) and they really work! They are warm too. My only concern is that it might be difficult to squeeze them into my boots, but I guess we'll see. I'm 5'4, 130lbs, usually wear S/XS and they fit well, not too big or restrictive. Very happy with the purchase!

These socks are not waterproof. Tried them out on a canoe trip to see how they hold up compared to wool socks. Within hours of wearing them, I developed two open sores on my toes, although they appeared to be quite wide in the toe area. Also, my feet didn't seem to get as warm as wool socks. The socks appear to be very well made, but I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for socks that will keep your feet dry.

I've spent the last 2 weeks on the snowy trails and mountains of Alaska, traveling in 5-12 feet of snow. These socks were the best purchase I made in preparation for this trip. These socks have a very odd shape, probably due to poor workmanship. I ordered a size small because I'm a women's size 8 and the calf piece fits well but the foot piece doesn't hug your legs like normal socks. Instead, it's like putting your foot in ankle boots, but there's too much room around your feet and toe box, causing the excess material to clump up when you try to put the shoes on.
