is designed to elevate the laptop screen so you can use it comfortably with an external mouse and keyboard. it works great for that. It's durable, has anti-slip pads and, as a bonus, folds into a very compact rectangle that can be tucked away. The design is optimized for this portability, which means that while it's very compact when not in use, it's arguably a little more difficult to set up and use. I meant mixed use as I only have to lift my laptop once. After a while I wanted something that could double as a tablet holder. It's not ideal for this, however, as the range of supported angles isn't that wide. The range is shown in my photos. at best you can get 45 degrees, but then the little legs just rest on the metal legs instead of being securely inserted into the rectangular holes that are meant to hold them securely. I'd like it a little closer to vertical, like 60 or 75 degrees. I wish I was aware of the limited range in advance. However, it is perfect for lifting your laptop.
