I only bought the second one because I really liked the first one and kept following the sales. The first one still works great and now I just switch between them. I love the fact that its charge lasts so long and if I want I can charge it while I'm using it. I mainly use mine to play music while I sleep or to blast my pads during random power outages so I'm not tied to headphones. the whole time. The portability and durable outer coating is also good because sometimes I knock one of them off. I would recommend them to everyone
