Junk - do not buy for medical items and equipment
My scale is not working. I bought it two days ago. Everything was fine and I put it on the bathroom floor. I stepped on it today and it didn't register anything. I had to press a button to reset it. If you step on it, nothing happens. I have a weight loss goal that I MUST weigh and now I can't. This scale is terrible. I can't even try a new battery because it's one of the round ones and I don't have an extra one. Save your money - do not buy this product. I want to return it but can't get out. What a pain and terrible product.
