They're almost perfect for what I need them for. I use them to put lavender and lemon balm leaves and attach them to my dog's collar for flea protection. The mesh allows the scent to permeate very well and keeps the leaves intact. They seem to last about a week on average before they start falling apart. They deal with him chewing them, shaking them, getting them wet. Sturdy little bags. That is, as long as they are not ripped at the seams. Over the summer I used up about 10 bags for my dog, but I also had to throw out 10 more bags because they broke before I even put the leaves in! Some of them have a very weak bottom and as soon as you open the bag to put things in, the threads snap and it becomes unusable. I hope that doesn't apply to the whole package. The good thing for me is that even if half the bags turn out to be bad they are very cheap and I should definitely have enough for a few more years hence I'm giving 4 stars overall. for affordability, breathability, durability of those that open without breaking, and a very nice color.
