Good replacement purchase but I prefer the original.

This is a good buy if you need to change straps as there aren't many. But the hard plastic on the side strap hurts your ears when sticking out a bit. Problems with attaching a regular headset also arise due to the fact that, unlike the original straps, they have rigid straps. Also, this hard case offers great protection, but you can't put it in the original Oculus Quest case. When you look up, it also slides off your head to keep it off the back of your head for more comfort.
