I have a 14lb Rat Terrier/Minping mix. Usually its size is medium or large depending on the brand. The Petco size is average, but online it's usually large. So I bought a large - she's wearing it in the pictures and it looked and definitely fit 1 size smaller than what I usually buy but somehow it still fits her. If it was another pound then I'd bet it would be too snug. She's also shallow, so that helped. A friend's poodle was wearing the same one so I included this photo. hope this helps someone. i really love it about her It has decent stretch and the colors/prints are amazing. I will order again.
