I've had this for a week. It does vibrate. And I've used it all but one day. I can work up a sweat if I stand on my toes.Weird Problems:1. The watch slowly stops working. Gets worst day by day. Random HR is given: fluctuates 20 points in one minute. Today there is no screen on the watch after charging it.2. The music is not there. No instruction on where the music would come from. The app does not control music. On the 8th day for 3 minutes, sounds suddenly came from the plate without there being any use or control by me. It sounded as if someone was changing radio stations. Multiple music genres. Then it stopped on its own. And that is the only sound that came from the plate.3. The size of it seems to be 3 inches smaller, including the rem: Advertising not so honest.I give it a 3 only because I still use it. But possibly I would continue to use Any vibration plate if available to me.
