I have bought several of these and I really like them. However, I don't use them exactly as the instructions suggest. I soak a rag in very warm water, wring it out so it doesn't drip, and hold it to myself for a few moments, especially around my eyes. It's a nice little luxury after work. Then I wash off the makeup and the rag removes everything. If I have a lot of eye makeup or waterproof mascara on, I may need to repeat the soak and touch my eyes again. But it works really well and I prefer them to napkins (plus I only pay once and never go out). I even take one when I travel.
