We ordered this screen protector with the installation kit for our new iPhone XR and it worked SUPER! Over the last 15 years I have fitted about 2 dozen different types of screen protectors from the usual well known manufacturers to our many electronic devices and phones and this one from Spigen is by far the simplest, most thought out and best of them all. Everyone. Key to the success of this design is the included one-piece shell or bezel, which holds the screen protector for you and keeps it clean when you drop anything on your phone's screen, allowing it to automatically position itself correctly the first time, and a pre-applied adhesive , which is ideally distributed and literally sticks the protective film to the phone display. Your fingers never need to touch the edges or underside of the screen protector when applying, keeping it perfectly clean, and the guide frame saves you from trying to look over the edges of the screen protector and the screen when trying to get everything lined up exactly, just as they come together, but instead something usually ends up somewhere, just a little off. There are no application sprays or little packets of gel glue to open and apply to the screen in a frantic attempt not to contaminate a freshly cleaned screen. Spigen's website has a great short video to watch before attempting to install that walks you through the steps in order, and this time the product is actually as simple as it sounds. It is also very convenient that Spigen includes 2 screen protectors in the kit. So if you mess up the installation process in any way, you can just apply the 2nd screen protector without having to buy another kit. Or it could be a spare that you can keep and use if the first one eventually fails. After our screen protector was placed on the iPhone XR, we saw how perfectly even and centered the space was around all sides of the screen, and then we slipped the phone into the new Otterbox Symmetry Clear phone case, which worked great with the screen protector. The edges of the case do not touch the protective film anywhere, which can lead to problems such as lifting and blistering. We saw on the Spigen website that this screen protector is designed to work properly with their version of the clear screen protector, which is probably why it works so well with our Otterbox Symmetry. Overall, this screen protector from Spigen suits us really well and we would recommend it to anyone.
