The team is very knowledgeable about our current state of digital transformation as well has future trends that we are looking at for 2020/2021! They have been able solve problems quickly when they arise but also understand what those challenges were so can help us prepare ahead if things do not go smoothly or there's an issue during implementation time frame (or even after).

It would be great it had more senior members who could contribute beyond just solving technical questions - I think this will happen over next year though given their expertise level already within my org now versus other companies where you'd need 3-5 years experience before being considered "senior". We've seen significant improvements across all areas from customer service through data quality & reporting back up front line employees using Atlatic tools like Salesforce etc.,.
